    We know that healthy relationships need communication, so we’re committed to regular conversations with our clients via online chat or in person. In these conversations, we’ll discuss progress, walk through obstacles, plan for upcoming events, and share information, all with the goal of giving you the support you need to build the body you want and keep it.

  • Daily Text Support

    Sometimes you just need a friendly message to make it through your day. Other times, you need support before an event, or need assistance in doing your plan. Our coaches are committed to making sure that we’re there when you need us.

  • Personalized Workout Plans

    Some of you only have time and equipment to work out at home. Others have access to a gym. We’re committed to making the entire process easy for you, so we’ll make personalized workouts that take into account your time, limitations, and equipment. Or, come into our facility and get 1-on-1 Personal Training!

  • Personalized Meal Plans

    Most of us don’t want to think. We want to be told exactly what to do, and have a coach do the thinking for us. Others want to know the details, and want to arm themselves with the knowledge on how to use nutrition to achieve their goals. Our personalized meal plans are for everyone!

  • Habits and Mindset Coaching

    What you do every day, both intentionally and subconsciously, has a major impact on your weight, stress, recovery, and general health. We focus on identifying and changing those habits, so that the change that comes today sticks. We also review your results every month, and keep you motivated and accountable to keep your journey going.

  • In-person 1-on-1 workouts

    Ever been to the gym and wasted your time because you were unmotivated and didn’t have a plan? Our 1-on-1 personal training may be for you. We’ll plan all of the workouts, show you how to move well, all while keeping you on track and motivated throughout the process!

We love to meet our clients in person! We conduct weekly check-ins and in-person training at our exercise facility in the Wesley Heights neighborhood of Charlotte, North Caroline. Our address is 515 S. Turner Ave, Charlotte, NC 28208. Come find us!

We can run the entire program with you online! We love to meet with clients over video chats, and have easy to use apps to keep tracking and planning easy. Plus, we’re always available via text message!

How do I get started? 

To get started, all you need to do is set up an Intro Call with us! We can do it via video call or in person. On that call, we’ll answer your questions and ask a few ourselves to figure out how we can help. To make that conversation better, it helps us to know:

  • What your short and long term goals are

  • What diet and exercise programs you’ve tried in the past

  • What health issues or injuries you may have

What are your qualifications? 

All of our coaches are certified nutrition coaches and trainers! We hold Precision Nutrition, Personal Training, and other fitness certifications.

I’m really busy. Will this work for me?

We understand that most people are busy with their work and family life. Because of that, we’re committed to:

  • Working around your busy life when scheduling sessions.

  • Helping you to identify how to make decisions that work with your life.

  • Identifying habits that are helping or hurting your progress.

  • Helping you to determine how to prioritize your health.

Will you work with me?

We do not work with individuals who need help with clinical or medical health issues, including eating disorders and auto-immune disorders. If you’ve been struggling to lose/gain weight, and need some help, then we’ll be perfect for you!

How much does it cost?

We offer many different services to accommodate different needs. Reach out to us and we’ll walk you through our pricing options!

Why is it so expensive?

We’re not an app, a book, or a website. We are an individualized coaching service, meaning that you’ll work 1-on-1 with a certified coach who will literally build a program that’s just for you. Our services are personalized, and take time, effort, and cost more than another program that you can pick up off the shelf. We promise that it will be worth it!

Do you track Macros?

Tracking macros is an awesome tool that we use quite a lot in our coaching. If you want us to do the thinking for you, we’ll track the macros for you! If you love the details, we’ll walk through the process with you and show you how we use it to get results.

Is there a waiting list? 

We’re committed to creating the best possible experience as possible with our clients. That means that we limit the number of clients per coach. Depending on how many clients there are, and client demand, we may have a waiting list for our services.
