Start your fitness journey on the right track.
The Foundations course is a short introduction to our style of fitness. In this course, you’ll:
Be introduced to effective fitness movements that we use to build strength, endurance, and flexibility
Work with a coach to learn how to move correctly and avoid injury
Understand what your ability, restrictions, and how to factor those into your workout plan.
How it works
The Foundations program at Level Fitness consists of 4-10 personal training classes, scheduled around your busy schedule and focused only on you.
You’ll work with your own personal coach, who will work with you privately through each session. They’ll help show you how to move properly and correct form issues. You’ll also do a great, intense workout with your coach, and do a cool down and stretch afterwards.

A planning session with a Motivation coach
A self guided course to improve your knowledge on how to be successful

In the Mindset and Motivation Session, you’ll make a plan that’s unique to you with one of our coaches, focused on how to truly be successful in your fitness journey. You’ll identify sticking points and make a plan for how to get past them. Your coach will answer any fitness-related questions that you have, and help you form an accountability plan to keep you on track.

The Self guided course will give you all of the knowledge needed to understand how you can be successful. The course focuses on 4 topics:
Eat - Using the power of Nutrition to get towards your goal.
Sleep - Using sleep to rest, recover, and move faster towards your goal.
Manage - Understand the impact of stress on your body, and learn about easy tools to manage it.
Move - Understand the why and how behind exercise, so that you’ll know how your workouts with your coach are helping you achieve your goals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to do foundations to become a member?
Our goal is success in the long term. In order to find that success, we want your foundation to be as strong as possible. As such, we require each individual who wants to become a member to complete a foundations course.
Can I do the course with my significant other?
Absolutely! All of our Foundations plans have options for two individuals
