Our Group Training classes are designed to help you get in shape with a small group of people who will motivate you and make your workouts fun. We’ll create the workouts for you! Just show up, have some laughs, work hard, and see results.

How it works


We offer group classes Monday through Saturday. Classes begin as early at 5:30am, and end at 7:30am.

Once you complete our foundations course, you can start jumping in to classes! Just select a time slot, reserve your spot, and show up!

  • Classes are all coached by a friendly, certified coach to keep you motivated and safe

  • There are no more than 12 people per class, which makes sure that you get the attention that you deserve.

Meet with one of our friendly coaches! We’ll want to hear about your fitness goals and dreams, answer any questions.

Complete the Foundations Course

Most of our clients are required to complete the Foundations Course prior to starting group classes. Your Coach will schedule your Foundations sessions with during your Intro session. For more information on Foundations, CLICK HERE.

Reserve a spot, and then show up!

Once you’re ready to go, find a class, reserve your spot, and then show up!

Get fit, make friends.

I’m really out of shape. Is this right for me?

Absolutely! Anyone, regardless of age, ability, or fitness level can be successful in our group training classes. Most of our members complete our Foundations course before attending group classes, which will help you build the knowledge and confidence that you need to be successful. 

How do the classes work? 

Each class is guided by a friendly and knowledgeable coach. We’ll start with a warmup, discuss the workout, and then go through the workout. Afterwards, we’ll cool down and stretch.

How big are the classes?

We strive to make sure that each individual in a class feels recognized and assisted. As such, our classes are typically between 3-8 individuals.

What are the workouts like?

Our goal is to improve all aspects of your fitness (strength, endurance, flexibility) though cardio, weightlifting, body weight movements, and stretching. 

How long are the workouts?

Group class sessions are between 45-60 minutes

We offer classes 6 days a week, both morning and evening.
