Group Training

Building strength, endurance, and fitness. Together.

  • Mornings from 5:30am, plus evenings
  • 45 to 60 minutes a session
  • Usually 3 to 9 people per class
  • Cardio, weightlifting, and bodyweight work
  • A certified coach in every class

Strength Training

Build strength through focused weightlifting and bodyweight exercises.

Questions

Frequently asked

I'm really out of shape — is this right for me?
Yes. We work with every age, ability, and fitness level, and every movement scales to where you are. Most people start with Foundations, which is built for exactly this.
How do I get started?
Contact us and get started — we'll connect you with a coach, free, to meet and get your questions answered. From there you'll do Foundations to build a solid base, then jump into classes.
Do I have to do Foundations first?
Yes, and it's worth saying why. We want our athletes training well for the long haul, and that starts with a solid base. Foundations lets us address form issues before they turn into big ones, and it gives you the confidence to walk into any class knowing what you're doing.
Can I try a class before joining?
Yes — just ask and we'll get you set up.
How big are the classes?
Classes are usually small — around three to nine people — so that we can give you the attention you deserve.
What is a class actually like?
A warm-up, then your coach walks the group through the workout, then the workout itself, and a cool down and stretch to finish. Classes run 45 to 60 minutes.
When are classes?
Six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with class times from early morning — as early as 5:30am — through the evening.
What if I have an injury or a health condition?
Let us know and we'll come up with a plan to work around it.
Where are you, and is there parking?
We're at 515 S. Turner Ave, in the Wesley Heights neighborhood of Charlotte — and yes, there's parking.
What qualifications do the coaches have?
All of our coaches hold accredited certifications from CrossFit, ACE, and NASM.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
We do. Nutrition coaching is customized for the individual, because no two people are the same.
